Chuck Simpson

Simpson Landscape Company of Dublin, NH, has a reputation for handling projects from start to finish. Owner Chuck Simpson explains, “Stonework is the backbone of many landscapes but you need the right plants and lighting; all the elements have to complement each other.”

Simpson sees the successful project team as a triangle including the architect/builder, the homeowner(s), and Simpson’s landscape company. His job is to collaborate and integrate the ideas in the triangle in the same way his structural work and plantings seamlessly meld the land with the buildings.

Highlighting his 35-plus-year career is Centennial Park in his hometown of Milford, NH. Comparing the community outpouring of support for his role at the park with the classic movie It’s a Wonderful Life, Simpson says he can’t imagine anything better. He sets his sights on work that lasts, saying, “Now and 50 years from now, I would like people to say, ‘Simpson does things right.’“

Although he has a reputation built on stonework and hardscapes, owner Chuck Simpson’s undergraduate degree is in Plant Science from the University of New Hampshire.
